Spicy Grilled Shrimp Skewers

With the weather finally improving here in Toronto, and things looking more and more like summer, I have been trying to think up some easy weeknight recipes for the barbecue.

One of the first things that comes to mind is shrimp. It’s cheap, and its fast – it grills in about 10 minutes.

And it’s not to heavy, so on one of those warm weeknights you won’t feel overstuffed with food. No, my dears, we save that gluttonous feeling for the weekends.

And of course, I’m always looking for excuses to use sriracha in my cooking.

What better pairing than a soba noodle salad with cilantro, gren peppers and mango?

I would say that a nice summer supper this dish does make!
