Simple Mango Salad

From Poached Chilean Sea Bass in a miso, coconut and lemongrass broth

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/4 cup thai basil, julienned
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside until ready to eat.
