From A week of make-ahead meals: Day 5: Baked Chicken Parmesan

Pasta with lemon and basil

Ingredients

  • 2 cups your favourite pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Once drained, return to pot and add remaining ingredients, stir and heat through. Serve immediately.
