From Korean tacos
Ingredients
- 1 purple carrot, grated
- 1 cup napa cabbage, grated
- ¼ cup chopped kimchi
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- squirt of lime juice
Preparation
Toss everything together in a bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
