Cabbage, purple carrot and kimchi slaw

Korean tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 purple carrot, grated
  • 1 cup napa cabbage, grated
  • ¼ cup chopped kimchi
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • squirt of lime juice

Preparation

Toss everything together in a bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
