From Home-made sausage biscuit sandwiches!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh sage
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and shape into patties. Fry in non-stick pan for 3-4 minutes each side, until the pork is cooked through.
