Fresh spaghetti and meatballs

(Inspired by Jamie Oliver’s Quick Meatballs)

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet italian sausages
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

Preparation

Squeeze the meat out of the sausages and mix in fennel seeds. Form into 1 inch balls. Sear on both sides in a skillet, then finish in a 350 F oven for about 10 minutes.
