Dijon vinaigrette

From Bacon and egg salad

Bacon and egg salad


  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


In a small bowl or sealed jar, whisk or shake all ingredients until well combined. Will keep in the fridge up to a week.
