Disco Brunch

Lately, listening to disco on saturday mornings has been commonplace in the Soph n’ Stuff household. I had some leftover baguette from last night, so I made tiny little french toasts with egg, parmesan and chives, then topped them with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce. And of course, some fruit to garnish. Don’t forget to eat fruit once in a while, it helps fight off scurvy.

After making and devouring brunch, I was feeling a little groovy and decided to make today’s post a video blog. I present: savoury french toast eggs benedict. Click the picture to watch the video on youtube:
